Our approach

Some conversations are easier on a trail.

Walking side by side, under trees that have stood for centuries, people open up, listen better and leave lighter. We keep it simple, small and kind.

Nature first

Every gathering happens outdoors, on easy, accessible trails. No experience or special gear needed.

Small, safe circles

Twelve people at most, clear agreements and confidentiality, so everyone has space to share or simply listen.

Trained, bilingual guides

Our facilitators are certified in forest therapy and peer support, and many lead circles in Spanish.

Redwood Circle offers wellness and peer-support activities. It is not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Upcoming gatherings

Pick a circle that fits this moment.

"One hour among the trees, at your own pace, with someone who listens."
Personal sessions

A walk that's just for you.

Book a one-on-one guided walk when you'd rather not be in a group. Choose your guide, the kind of session and a time.
